Return & Refused Non-Damaged Order Policy

On the occasion that you receive a product that you just don't like or that doesn't match your decor, our experienced customer service staff is just a phone call away and will guide you through our easy return policy.

Standard 30 Day Return Policy - No Hassle Returns
We have a hassle-free, no restocking fee policy (see below for exclusions). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the product or refund the cost of your purchase. However, you will be responsible for paying back for outbound shipping to you and the cost of returning the product to us. In other words, "Free Shipping" only applies if you keep your order. For items that had shipping charges, the cost of actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or credit. Please be mindful of the following details about returns and exchanges:

  • For items that shipped free, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • Return or Exchange items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
  • Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
  • Lay-Away orders - no refunds or exchanges.
  • Return or Cancel of orders held with deposits may be charged re-stocking fee of 10-25%.

Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent), we cannot refund shipping and handling.  If the item was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

You need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from before returning a product. You have up until 30 days from receipt of your order to request an RMA, although exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. In these instances, a store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund. You may obtain an RMA by contacting Customer Service by email Products that you wish to exchange or return must be in original factory-new condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories.

If your item shipped via a truck line, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping in addition to the outbound shipping. We can help you with this process, but in most cases, your actual costs of shipping back to us will be higher than your outbound shipping. This is because we do not charge you the full amount of our actual cost for outbound shipping.
